1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides general information about Nectrack's products, capabilities and project supply services. Content is informational only and does not constitute a binding commercial offer.
2. Inquiries and quotations
Quotations, technical statements and delivery commitments are valid only when issued in writing by Nectrack on a per-project basis and are subject to our applicable General Terms of Sale (provided on request or with the quotation).
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images and product descriptions — is the property of Nectrack or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP law. You may not reproduce, republish or use it commercially without prior written consent.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site in a way that disrupts its operation, attempts unauthorised access, or violates applicable law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nectrack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or the information presented on it.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered office of Nectrack.
