Certification & quality

Certification-led market entry for European railway projects.

Nectrack is building its European product portfolio through a certification-led approach, starting with the SKL14 fastening system.

Certification process

Coordinated in Poland.

The initial certification process is coordinated in Poland and is intended to support Nectrack's market entry into Poland, CEE, the Baltics and selected EU markets.

Technical documentation, product configuration and certifying-body communication are handled through the European Nectrack interface, with progress shared with project clients on request.

Quality approach

Seven elements behind the quality position.

Nectrack's quality approach is structured around the practical requirements of European rail infrastructure projects.

01

Defined product configurations

Each product is supplied to a documented configuration — system variant, material grade, dimensions and project-specific options agreed in writing before production.

02

Supplier and manufacturer coordination

Active coordination with the manufacturing side: production planning, lot scheduling, inspection windows and corrective action where required.

03

Technical documentation

Material certificates, dimensional inspection reports, declarations of conformity and product technical files prepared per shipment in formats European projects expect.

04

Sample control

Reference samples and pre-production samples used to confirm geometry, finish and assembly fit before serial release.

05

Certification process management

Active management of the certification workflow — laboratory testing, documentation preparation and communication with the certifying body.

06

Project-specific requirements

Where projects impose additional specifications, inspection regimes or documentation formats, these are incorporated into the supply scope from the offer stage.

07

Traceability expectations

Lot-level traceability between material certificates, inspection reports, packing lists and delivered goods — supporting site acceptance and audit requirements.

Documentation

Available on request.

Clients can request available technical documentation, datasheets, product specifications and certification status information through the European Nectrack interface.

  • Product datasheets and technical specifications
  • Material certificates (EN 10204 3.1)
  • Dimensional inspection reports
  • Declarations of conformity
  • Certification status information per product category
  • Project-specific documentation packages on request

Note

Certification status and technical documentation depend on the product category, configuration and project requirements. Please contact Nectrack for the current status.
