This Privacy Policy explains how Nectrack Sp. z o.o. ("Nectrack", "we", "us") processes personal data collected through nectrack.com and through direct business communication (project inquiries, RFQs, quotations, contracts and related correspondence).

2. What data we collect

  • Identification and contact data (name, company, role, email, phone).
  • Project information you choose to share (specifications, volumes, delivery locations, timelines).
  • Correspondence and attachments exchanged with our team.
  • Technical data from your browser (IP, device, pages visited) for security and analytics.

3. Why we use it (lawful basis)

  • To respond to inquiries and prepare commercial offers — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To execute orders, manage logistics and documentation — performance of a contract.
  • To meet legal obligations (tax, accounting, customs) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
  • To protect the website, prevent abuse and improve services — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Sharing

We share data only with parties strictly required to deliver the service: manufacturing partners, certification bodies, freight forwarders and customs brokers, IT and hosting providers, and professional advisors. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Some processing involves transfers outside the EEA (notably to manufacturing partners in China). Such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards as required by GDPR.

6. Retention

Inquiry data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law (typically 5 years from the end of the fiscal year).

7. Your rights
